South Portland School Department

Applications are available at Central Office and Kaler Elementary School for the new preschool classroom.  Twelve (12) slots are available for Kaler students and four (4) slots are open for other South Portland students.  Please contact Kaler School for more information.

Martin Field at SPHS will be unavailable this summer due to the SPHS construction project. We apologize for any inconvenience this closing presents.  Access to Martin Field is anticipated to be restored by the end of August.

AUGUSTA - The newly formed Maine State Charter School Commission will hit the road in early March to hear from the public about educational needs in each Maine region that could be addressed by a charter school.
