Planned Absence Form
A planned student absence for personal or educational purposes requires notification by parents to the school office and classroom teacher. Parents are expected to complete a Planned Absence Form one week prior to the leave. We request that a form be completed if the student will be missing three or more consecutive school days. Please note that family vacations outside of school holiday and recesses are considered unexcused absences. Teachers are not obligated to gather school work to be completed during travel time; however, students are expected to make up any missed work when they return.
