School Tech Upgrade Reserve (fund 0202, project number 91849), the School Bus Reserve (fund 0202, project number 91855), and the Johnson Athletic Fund (fund 0205, project number 90009) as outlined in the Director of Finance’s memorandum dated September 9, 2016
