Job Description:

The middle school activities coordinator will assist with the administration and supervision of athletic programming at the middle school. Duties include, but aren’t limited to: coordinating participation paperwork, overseeing games/practices, maintaining an accurate inventory of equipment/uniforms, managing home events, attending coach meetings, assisting with sports sign ups and any other duties as assigned. The coordinate will assist the middle school assistant principal in the management of the middle school athletic program. The successful candidate should be self-directed, exhibit strong organizational skills and good interpersonal skills. He/she will need to be available to work before school begins and after the school day ends. He/she should have the ability to work with coaches, parents, students and administration.
