South Portland Middle Schools

A construction/renovation application for both middle schools is being prepared for submission to the Maine Department of Education. These applications will be submitted prior to the June 15, 2010 submission deadline. The applications will use the facilities’ studies and site-tests that have been developed and conducted up to this point.

Review of the applications by the Maine Department of Education will occur July 2010 – February 2011. A Final Priority List by the Commissioner of Education to the State Board of Education will be presented in June or July, 2011.
