Present: Jake Viola, Wendy Houlihan, Dennis Welch, Dan Cecil, Ralph Cabana, Ellen Brasier, Margaret Esten, Randy Martin, Ralph Baxter, Jr., Jeanne Crocker, Mark Reuscher, Steve Bailey, Megan Welter, Ralph Baxter, Sr., and Polly Ward.
1. Welcome - review of agenda
2. Approval of Minutes from August 3, 2006
Approved
3. Review and Consideration of revised ideas for SPHS renovations
Cost information for artificial turf field based on Exeter High School
- Top of the line turf - $425,000
- Field underneath $310,000 - drainage, conduits, etc.
4. Consideration of plan(s)
Reviewed Schemes E-1, E-2, F-1 and F-2 and the phasing diagram for E-1
Discussion of preference for E-1 now called the Germani/Cook/Crocker plan.
5. Next Steps - agenda items for next meeting
Next generation of E-1 - potential for retaining/renovating or need to demolish the old building.
