March 1st, 2006

MEETING NOTES

Present: Ralph Cabana, Dennis Welch, Dave Brochu, Wendy Houlihan, Mark Reuscher, Steve Bailey, Carrie Hall-Indorf, Jeanne Crocker, Megan Welter, Kathy Germani, Polly Ward.

  • Wendy described the interviews held on February 28th 2006 for an Architectural and Engineering firm to continue the work on the secondary school facilities.

  • Mark Reuscher motioned and Carrie Hall-Indorf seconded to endorse the recommendation of the interview committee to offer the project to Harriman Associates - The vote was unanimous.

  • The recommendation will be sent to the Board of Education for its approval.

  • The Board of Education will vote on March 2, 2006.

    Next Meeting: March 16th, 2006 from 6.30-8.30 p.m. in the SPHS Library
